Individual Goals / Expectations
President Azalea - increase member retention in meetings and big events, get involved on division level and gain good connections with Kiwanis, promote service and hours, get to know everyone and reach out to all members VP Kristy- at least 2 service projects each month , 2 intercubs this year,
Secretary Hana - more paid members, more bronze and up members, and more service hours
Treasurer Autumn - raise at least $600, host 3-4 major raffle fundraisers
Bulletin Hayley - complete newsletters on time, attend most events, gain more members and increase activity, promote newsletters and get more readers
Member Rec Misty - promote meeting attendance through recognizing people on social media or make a raffle for all the recognized members, motivate people to be active
Social Chair Lauren - build member bonds and relationships (provide a good experience for members), create a more interactive and positive environment that increases attendance
Service Task Jodey - restore activity, provide club with interesting events and encourage more new members to join, build bonds with officers and other members
Service Task Josh - total 3000+ service hours, 30+ hours per member, create google classroom, more interclubs, provide more service opportunities
